"It all started when a great coach of mine, whom I trust and respect, recommended me to Ricardo. I was hesitant at first because I had never done hypnosis session before. I was also worried that I might miss out on the experience of overcoming my challenges, thinking this might be the easy way out.

There are many classes and programs available, yet very few of them that you get to see the results right away. After having done just three sessions with Ricardo, I started to notice changes in my life. I have noticed feeling great and feeling full of confidence. To find out if this was something for me, I went to one of Ricardo’s classes. After hearing him speak, I realized the reason why he was recommended. He is a man of principle and I found him to be of good conscience. Hypnosis was not the only method that he knows. He is skilled in variety methods and techniques that are effective and efficient. He is very knowledgeable about the fields that he practices. One of the things that caught my attention was his belief that true power comes from within. 

My sessions did not involve a pendulum, and I was fully aware of everything that was going on. Ricardo also kept me informed of everything that he was instruction me to do during the sessions. The sessions did not require me to share with him any private information that might not have been comfortable to share and the outcome wasn’t depended on sharing this information. All of this made me feel comfortable. It is important to note that since he is well-versed in different methods, the tools and techniques he may use will vary from person to person depending on what the need is and what their comfort levels are. 

Ricardo taught me an exercise that I can continue to do daily to keep my mind calm and relax even after I was done with the sessions. He also taught me a very powerful tool to get rid of undesirable emotions in real-time and to erase the ones in the past, whenever I needed to. One of the other techniques that I learned was a way of accessing my subconscious mind to find answers and solutions to whatever I want to accomplish."
